To visit the supplier to identify bottelnecks.

Ensure the 100% adherence against the schedule.

To reduce freight cost

He should extends end-to-end responsibility within the firm.

Effective organized and good coordinator between department.

Enusre retutnable packing implementation

To work on Capacity increase plan

Action plan for logisitc & freight cost

VMI implementation
