Job Description: Control Network Engineer

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Propulsion Systems Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, he/she will play a crucial part in collaborating with stakeholders to gain comprehensive understanding of vehicle features and components, as well as design and develop advanced propulsion systems for new vehicles. The primary responsibility will be to create a diverse range of communication and electrical drawings, network topologies considering cost and time implications during early engineering stage of the vehicle.

Responsibilities:

. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with stakeholders from various teams to gather in-depth insights into the requirements and objectives of the vehicle. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of the propulsion systems.

. Propulsion System Development: Apply advanced engineering principles and methodologies to create propulsion solutions that are recognized for their reliability, efficiency, and high performance. Take the lead in chairing meetings with stakeholders, actively listen to their concerns, facilitate productive discussions, and collaborate towards resolving any issues collectively. Additionally, prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to the leadership team, highlighting the significant progress and achievements attained during the propulsion system development process.

. Network and Electrical Drawings: Leverage your technical proficiency and attention to detail to generate accurate and comprehensive communication and System Electrical Drawings for all vehicles and all phases like mules, protos, production etc. These deliverables will serve as essential references throughout the engineering process, facilitating effective communication, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the propulsion systems.

. Propulsion System 12V Load Budget: Possess technical expertise and knowledge to develop accurate and detailed specifications for the 12V load budget deliverable for Electric Powertrain projects and its components to ensure safe and reliable operation of the electrical system.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any other related field.

. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive field

. Strong understanding of engineering cost and time implications.

. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders across different teams.

. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles.

. Analytic mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges.

. Passion for innovation and drive to contribute to cutting-edge projects in automotive industry.

. Familiar with the Agile-Scrum methodology and the associated concepts of planning

. Sound knowledge of CAN and LIN components (HW/SW)

. Capable of creating Logical as well as Physical Schematics

. Experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and Power Point

. Highly motivated/self starter with proven leadership skills
