Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is looking to gain valuable experience in the field of HR.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of PF and ESI regulations
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating databases
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee attendance records
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and assistance as needed
  • Assist with employee performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and conducting employee satisfaction surveys
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
