Spa Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at Somara Wellness located in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing spa operations and budgeting, offering excellent customer service, and training staff in skin care services. Additionally, the Spa Manager will oversee staff and handle day-to-day operations of the spa, as well as manage inventory and schedule appointments.

• Spa Management and Budgeting skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Skin Care and Beauty services
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in managing staff and handling day-to-day operations in a spa or hospitality industry
• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and cultivate a positive customer experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
