Panacea Biotec Pharma has recently entered into a new business of nutrition products. It has developed its own product portfolio for the nutrition segment at its Sampann R&D Center and has set-up a manufacturing facility to manufacture these products at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

To start with, in June 2023, PBPL has launched pediatric nutrition products under the brand name, ChilRunfull TM , ChilRun ® 7+, ChilRun ® No Sucrose in 100 territories across India covering almost 4,000 doctors. It plans to add more products going forward to expand the product portfolio and markets including other specialties like gynecology and adult nutrition.

Job Summary

• Co-Create along with Seniors and Peers innovative Sales & Marketing Solutions for achieving super stretched performance in sales
• Guide teams to implement sales and Marketing Solutions with aggressive speed across regions. Newer strategic/marketing interventions required to explore growing segments and leverage current credentials.
• Support the team by designing and implementing processes for Value Delivery for all the stakeholders (doctors, retailers and distributors).
• Lead the review, assessment, planning, decision-making, execution and risk-management of all activities related to Marketing
• This role will demand a highly-focused, high degree of execution capability, proactive individual who exhibits both S&M and People Leadership competencies and strong on business aspects of the assignment.

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline and MBA in S&M

• Vaccine, Nutrition and or FMCG Brand Management ( Around 14 years of experience in Brand Management out of which around 5 years should in handling Team )
