Job Summary: As a Social Media Manager at Pentagons Digital, you'll be at the heart of our digital marketing strategies, managing our clients' social media profiles to increase visibility, engagement, and sales. You'll work closely with our content, design, and analytics teams to create and implement campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with broader marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals.

• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

• Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and oversee customer service provided via social media.

• Analyse and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., making recommendations for growth strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to extend reach and generate buzz.

• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimizing for ROI.

• Work closely with the creative team to design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.

• Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and other social media best practices.

• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
