About Customer Delight Team Customer Delight team is the heart of Rebel Foods with an aim to provide a Unique, Memorable Delightful and Sure (UMDS) experience to all the customers throughout their journey. A team that is always excited to help customers crossing extra miles. Acting as real advocates to customers when needed.

Who are Customer Delight Champs, a workforce this incumbent will be hiring ? Just imagine when you are a customer and need help. The first thought each individual may get is to call customer care, because there is someone who is really a specialist and also keen in solving Customer queries. With great communication skills , A CD Champ is expected to resolve the queries of customers and provide a UMDS experience at each instance whenever required. A Customer Delight Champ should have good communication skills. An analytical person who understands the business and can make quick decisions while solving customer queries. The role requires lots of energy and ideas- the person should enjoy talking to customers and be ready to work in a fast paced environment.

In your role as the Talent Acquisition Maestro, your mission is to assemble a squad of individuals who not only excel at solving customer queries but have a passion for it! We're not just looking for employees; we want empathetic wizards of words who can ease customer anxieties with the perfect play of language. Your focus? Find those extraordinary talents who not only understand customer problems but can elevate our Customer Care support to world-class status. It's not just hiring; it's creating a team that turns every interaction into a customer delight!

Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and the Workforce Management team to establish recruiting requirements aligned with our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Budgets and Objectives. Research and cultivate diverse applicant sources, engaging with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms. Deliver informative presentations, showcasing organizational opportunities and benefits while maintaining strong rapport. Analyse job descriptions and qualifications to determine precise applicant requirements. Employ strategic methods such as job advertisements, direct outreach to recruiters, utilisation of newsgroups, and leveraging job sites to attract a qualified pool of applicants. Take charge of Bulk Hiring initiatives for the Customer Delight Team, ensuring the acquisition of a dynamic workforce. Provide comprehensive weekly Hiring reports to the Customer Delight (CD) team and People & Culture (P&C) Leadership, offering insights into ongoing recruitment activities. Demonstrate flexibility by being prepared to travel for recruiting purposes, engaging with potential candidates in various locations. Conduct negotiations with candidates, aligning compensation discussions with internal Compensation Grid guidelines. Possess a robust understanding of statutory compliances and basic knowledge of labour legislation. Maintain and update internal databases with accurate new employee information, including contact details and necessary employment forms. Prepare joining files for a seamless onboarding process. Actively participate in organising company events and various activities to promote a positive organizational culture. Conduct pre-joining analyses of employees' capabilities and post-joining assessments of any arising issues, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Implement Continuous Climate Checks to anticipate and address potential challenges, enhancing Net Promoter Scores (NPS) related to the interview experience. Oversee and measure recruitment metrics, including offer-to-join ratios, Hiring NPS, Candidate Experience, and Attrition, ensuring effective monitoring and performance evaluation. Innovate and strategize to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, utilising creative sourcing channels and innovative thinking.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking out for someone who brings along a strong Talent Acquisition experience of Customer Support executives in BPO/ Customer Support Teams/ Call Centres. Has a strong and firm understanding of the BPO industry in Pune and a good benchmarking knowledge.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in BPO Hiring ,Bulk recruitments, Conducting Walk-ins. Excellent Communication & written skills Willing to visit Outlets / Kitchens Good at MS Excel & Word for generating reports Optimistic & analytical approach Knowledge of local Language
