- Proven experience as a Telecaller or a similar role in the Finance / BFSI / DSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the services offered by the Company
- Identify potential leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect and record customer information, including feedback and complaints
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
