Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR Management, developing HR Policies, managing Human Resources, Employee Relations, and creating Job Descriptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
