Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work
- Excellent command of the English language
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of business goals and ability to align designs with those goals
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing collaterals, and branding materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through all design elements
- Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and visual standards
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, and continuously improve design skills
- Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to support their design needs
