Job description
As an Account Lead at FreshBox Media, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers who are responsible for handling different accounts.
You will work closely with our team of digital marketers, content creators,
designers, and developers to ensure that all our digital marketing campaigns are successful and deliver the desired outcomes for our clients. You will be
responsible for managing the overall strategy, planning, and execution of
digital marketing campaigns for your assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Account Managers responsible for handling different
accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing
outstanding customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and deliver comprehensive
marketing solutions that meet the needs of clients.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, identify
opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to secure new business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to Account Managers to help them
achieve their goals.
- Monitor the performance of Account Managers and provide regular reports to
the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or
related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Lead or similar role in a digital marketing
agency.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of generating new business and expanding existing
accounts.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in managing a team of Account Managers
