Job description

Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
2. Customer Service:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and efficiency.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all clients and guests.
3. Administrative Support
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Manage and schedule appointments for executives and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
4. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate office activities.
- Relay important messages to the relevant personnel promptly.
