Essential Duties/Responsibilities Experience in administering Identity Access Management (IAM) security application Sailpoint IIQ. Experience with design integration and modification of IT systems. Experience in testing back-end applications by writing SQL queries and joins using MS SQL2010, MySQL. Perfection in Identifying, Reporting, Tracking and Analyzing Defects using tools like DevOps, Jira, HP Quality Center tools. Create custom accounts and user provisioning rules. Ability to script in PowerShell. Creating custom specific workflows and automation of processes. Experience in upgrading IIQ systems and testing deliverables. Record the on-going issues at ticketing tool and resolve the Incident tickets. Handle the Service requests and product enhancements on Production environment. Address Incident tickets, changes, problem tickets, production defects and bugs. Integrate/onboard multiple applications with Sailpoint IIQ such as Salesforce. Experience in reporting Test result and daily status reports Good understanding of Agile SDLC (iterative and incremental) Administer Sailpoint policy and forms Configure Sailpoint built in tasks like schedule task, correlation, aggregation and Identity refresh (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
