Dear All,

Hiring with General Insurance Company for their office in Navi Mumbai

Role : Cross Sell Tele sales

Role & Responsibilities:
• - To drive cross sell business for General Insurance via tele calling setup
• - Managing a team of tele-callers at outsourced call center and ensuring productivity parameters are at 100%
• - Managing leads via dialer campaigns and relevant MIS across all verticals
• - Conducting analysis on different database to yield maximum Sales.
• - Coordinate and follow up with field and other cross functional teams for closures
•
Skills required:
- Commercial and business awareness
- Experienced in managing dialer campaigns
- Experienced in managing tele sales process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior relevant work experience of minimum 5 years.
- Ability to work with data and cull out insights relevant to cross sell/upsell.
- Preferred experience in Insurance domain.
