Job Description: As a Co-founder of Strategized Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. We are seeking a passionate individual who is deeply committed to working on operations and strategy, with a keen interest in collaborating closely with the CEO to achieve our goals. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Guide all engineering endeavors, offering technical guidance and strategic direction. - Team Building: Assemble and lead a proficient team for seamless delivery, testing, deployment, and enhancement of our solution. - Product Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative features, aligning them with our vision and objectives. - Scalability and Performance: Ensure efficient system scaling, optimizing performance and addressing technical hurdles. - Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, making informed decisions. - Tech Roadmap: Develop and execute the technology roadmap, aligning it with our business aspirations. - Cultural Development: Foster a culture valuing creativity, innovation, and enjoyment. - Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement, nurturing a culture of excellence. Requirements: Demonstrated passion for education and youth empowerment. Proven experience in operations and strategy, preferably in a startup or consultancy environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change. Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
