Duties and Responsibilities of an Operations Executive at HealthSy: Overseeing Operations : Manage day-to-day operations of HealthSy in Coimbatore, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the business. Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and other partners to ensure effective collaboration and support. Strategic Planning : Develop strategies and plans to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of HealthSy in Coimbatore. Team Management : Lead and supervise a team of operations and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver high-quality services. Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Quality Assurance in terms of Partner Daily SOP : Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that services provided by our partnered doctors, retail pharmacies HHSP meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This should have a patient / user first satisfaction approach. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze operational data and generate reports to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Customer Support : Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and minimizing business disruptions. Budget Management : Assist in the development and management of budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support operational objectives. Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments within HealthSy and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve operations and enhance the competitiveness of HealthSy in Coimbatore.Job tags
