Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. The Trade Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility within the trade channel. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities: Developing and executing the trade marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the trade marketing budget Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities Leading and implementing specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned clients Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams Leading programs with partners to improve brand visibility Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected. Responsible for Channel Branding, Retail Excellence, Market Activation, and Market Specific Programs Carrying out all types of Branding like Retail branding/ Wall painting/ Auto back / Hoarding etc. Create a Marketing Calendar of events across Market Segments Responsible for Festival Creatives and Corporate Gifting Planning and formulating concepts for all events and branding with RMs/ State heads/ Agencies etc. Create a Database of Agencies for National/Local Markets Vendor negotiation and finalization. Processing of vendor invoices and maintaining MIS of all the processed bills Monitoring on-ground execution and tracking the effectiveness Responsible for Trade Sponsorships and Scheme Collaterals Management of Ad factors Budgeting along with team

Primary/Must have skills: Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Retail Marketing or related field 7+ years’ experience in the field of Trade Marketing / Events / Retail Marketing Intermediate to advanced proficiency level of computer literacy (especially Excel). Good planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to multi-task; good communication skills, written and verbal; Proactive, Dynamic and availability to work extended hours.
