Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Collekto's Mumbai location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the management team in various day-to-day activities including project management, client coordination, and team management. The Assistant Manager will also assist with business development, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and providing operational support.
Qualifications
- Project management, team management, and client coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Experience in business development, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
