Job description

Bijak is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across various channels for diverse objectives of business.

Develop & manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEO, SEM, & display to drive revenue & increase ROI. Optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth. Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve performance and ROI. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create ad copies, visuals, and landing pages. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Candidate Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
