We’re India's top online home improvement & interiors destination for consumers and the world & first design automationplatform for designers.Profile : BUSINESS MANAGER SALES | (Modular)Location : Mumbai & Delhi(NCR)About the role:As BUSINESS MANAGER SALES(Modular), you will be leading a team of Sales leads to execute modular focused residential interior fit-out projects, while delivering a seamless experience to our customers.Roles & Responsibilities: To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales ClosureSales funnel Management.Output Higher conversion rateAchieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10 designers. Output Get new projects bookingsCustomer experience & relationship managementTraining designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targetsKey Requirements :5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth3+ years experience in B2C Sales (Modular)Bachelor's Qualification: Any (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) Masters/ Specialization: MBA Tier 2.
