Job description

Create and work with MID & related concepts

Create catalog of MID and reuse the template

Sound knowledge in defining Manufacturing assembly, Systems, Work Plans,Operation & Resource structures

Create Process plan, Define different types of operations

Assign items to the operations Work with B.I. Essentials,

Perform Assembly evaluation, do clash analysis, check for tool interference

Sound knowledge in Production systems

Good in Manikin creation and editing

Good knowledge in Anthropometry, Inverse and Forward Kinematics

Good in working with Probes, Scenarios, sequencing in human activities and tasks, Human interactions

Sound working knowledge with RULA, Carry and Push-pull analysis

Generate simulation results, export reports

Good knowledge in working with change management concept

Create Work instructions and catalogues
