Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. They will work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts identify new business opportunities and ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a vendor relationship strategy to optimize partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Identify new vendors and business opportunities to expand the companys product/service offerings.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of vendor agreements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to vendor relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. Masters/MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in vendor management and business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
