We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Associate with a strong background in influencer marketing, social media management, agency coordination and the potential to contribute to content creation and copywriting to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, driving engagement, and fostering collaborations within the kids' furniture and furnishing space.

What you'll be doing

• Execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive product awareness.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders in the parenting and home decor space.
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with the brand's values and messaging.
• Implementing the brand's social media strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms.
• Create and curate compelling content to maintain an active and vibrant social media presence.
• Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development of creative assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Nurture relationships with brand ambassadors and advocates, fostering a sense of community around the brand.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand credibility.

What you'll bring to the team

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience (2-5 years) in influencer marketing and social media coordination.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth.
