Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at EVICE AUTO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities
- Knowledge of the sales process and strategies
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good oral communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and excellent customer service
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Attend sales meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance skills
