Job description
We're in search of qualified English Teachers to join our team at Innovators International School on a full-time basis. Your main role will be teaching Cambridge IGCSE / CBSE Curriculum English, guiding students to master the language and adhere to grammatical rules. Responsibilities: Develop engaging lesson plans to support language mastery and grammar understanding. Explore innovative teaching methods and gather relevant materials to enhance learning. Encourage critical analysis of literature, including poems and prose, to deepen students' understanding. Ensure students read and comprehend texts effectively, while teaching proper sentence structure. Provide mentorship to students through one-on-one sessions and contribute to parent-teacher meetings to discuss progress. Organize extracurricular activities to enrich the learning experience. Requirements: Master’s degree in English Literature, English Language, Arts, or a related field. Prior experience with the Cambridge Curriculum in IGCSE / CBSE Schools is advantageous.
