Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Marketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise, strong management skills, and a proven track record in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation:

• Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to align with business requirements.
• Develop and execute marketing automation strategies, including email campaigns, customer journeys, and personalized communications.

Consultation and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Provide expert consultation to internal stakeholders on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and capabilities.

Management Skills:

• Utilize leadership and management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.
• Effectively communicate project goals, status, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Certification:

• Maintain up-to-date Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, staying abreast of platform updates and industry trends.
• Leverage certification expertise to drive continuous improvement in our marketing technology stack.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams in a Salesforce Marketing context.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
