The Client Service and Solutions team has overall accountability for managing the end to end relationship of our local and global clients. We are their primary contact on all Securities Services related matters. We partner with Sales & Product in improving and retaining client relationships, while maintaining a strategic understanding of the client’s operating model and offering effective solutions. We are the escalation contacts for our clients across all Ops and Tech teams – those teams manage day to day client queries while we manage the overall relationship.

Job Summary :

As a Securities Services - Client Service & Solutions - Associate within our Client Service and Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to manage the end-to-end relationship of our local and global clients. You will be their primary contact on all Securities Services related matters, partnering with Sales & Product to improve and retain client relationships. You will also have the chance to develop expertise on a range of products, provide accurate inputs into the Billing Operations team, and identify and implement process improvement opportunities. This role offers the chance to demonstrate your strong program management skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
