Job Summary -
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through captivating visual designs and creative concepts. Years of Experience (required): 8+ Responsibilities : 1. Creative Conceptualisation: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and develop visually appealing design concepts that align with our branding and marketing objectives. 2. Visual Design: Create compelling and eye-catching visual designs for a variety of marketing collateral, including print and digital assets such as advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, logos, and more. 3. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work maintains consistency 4. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within budget constraints. 5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring the quality and consistency of design work across the team. 6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into your design work and team processes. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
