Job description
**Position: Bridal Store Manager**
**Responsibilities:**
1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the bridal store, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
2. Handle bridal consultations and trials, providing personalized assistance to customers in selecting wedding outfits.
3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Coordinate with designers and suppliers to ensure the availability of a diverse and high-quality bridal collection.
5. Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge, customer service, and bridal fashion trends.
6. Manage inventory, including stock levels, merchandise displays, and regular audits to optimize sales and prevent stockouts.
7. Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with marketing teams to organize promotional events, sales campaigns, and bridal showcases.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Store Manager in the bridal or high-end fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, and alterations.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
4. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
5. Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring the store's visual appeal and inventory management.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak bridal seasons.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field is preferred.
Salary: upto 12lakh plus incentives as per company norms
