Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Manning Consulting. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of professionals that identify and recruit top talent for clients. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring team productivity, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience 4 years in customer service and 1 year as a Team leader on papers.
- Location- Kolkata
- Excellent communication skills required
- 5days working & rotational shift
- Package- 7.5LPA (30% hike based on current CTC)
