We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency setting, working specifically with performance and retention-led offers. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the growth marketing landscape and experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or B2B clients. This role requires a proactive approach to creating and managing a sales pipeline, owning revenue goals, and driving sales independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Lead the sales process from qualification to closure, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of growth marketing strategies and how they can be applied to different client scenarios.
- Work independently to achieve sales targets, with minimal reliance on the marketing team.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking client interactions, managing leads, and publishing reports.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including D2C, E-commerce, and B2B sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a digital agency environment.

- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or B2B clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
