Job description
Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned RPA projects.
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues proactively.
- Manage project scope, ensuring all requirements are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Manage vendor relationships (if applicable), ensuring they deliver services according to project requirements.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.
RPA Expertise:
- Identify and analyze business processes with potential for automation using UiPath.
- Design and document RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, including workflows, exception handling, and data mapping.
- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for UiPath development.
- Stay up-to-date on UiPath best practices, new features, and emerging RPA technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or automation domain.
6+ years of experience working with UiPath specifically.
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
Certified UiPath Professional (UCP) or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
