Job description
1. Experience in Industrial and commercial projects
2. Perform Sr. Design Engineer role for HVAC & Process Piping system.
3. Coordinate with Clients/Architect Team on gathering inputs and requirements for HVAC &
Process Piping Design, Prepare man-hour Estimation.
4. Preparing list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents,
Tender, BOQ, and budget etc.
5. Coordinate with Design team & Architect for space requires for HVAC & Process Piping
services.
6. Preparation of Concept design on HVAC & Process Piping Design Services.
7. Submit concept design to Clients & Architects for their review.
8. Presenting the Concept designs to Clients/Architects.
9. Coordinate with BIM modeler & Drafter and preparation of Detail design documents
including Drawings, BOQ, and Tender etc.
10. Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of HVAC & Process Piping Drawings.
11. Release the tender to various vendors.
12. Preparation of technical comparison for all the services BOQ.
13. Clarify the Technical issues at site. Support the Clients for project execution.
14. Coordinate with other service engineer and plan the design
15. Support to develop training material specific to HVAC system
16. Develop design standards/documents for HVAC system
17. Plan the project deliverable and ensure on-time delivery
18. Interaction with customer, fulfilling customer requirements and maintain
customer relationship
