Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Lucknow but some work from home is acceptable for an Area Sales Officer. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role are explained below.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate with colleagues to meet store targets and execute promotional activities
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Resolve customer complaints and report unusual issues to management
- Gain knowledge on existing and new products, educate customers, and demonstrate products
- Maintain an aggressive weekly call cycle
- Provide after-sales support and service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Cosmetic sales.
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage sales teams
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter who can independently develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
