Job description

Major Accountabilities · Co-ordination and follow up with the concerned Architects/ Consultants/ Contractors for detailed design and drawing related to execution works. · Study Project drawings & specification and raise RFI to Architects/Consultants. · Planning, scheduling & project tracking in terms of cost and time. · Value Engineering. · Development of Site Logistics Plan. · Costing & Estimation Key Performance Indicators · Accuracy and timely issuing of all the drawings required for execution purpose. · Minimum issues causing delay in work. · Planned v/s Actual schedule in terms of cost and time. · NICMAR Graduated Prefered
