Job description

We're hiring International BPO Recruitment Executive OR Team Lead for Dwarka (New Delhi) Location with below mentioned skillset and exp level.

AVAILABILITY:

Immediate or 0-15 Days Notice Period based out nearby Dwarka Delhi only.
EXPERIENCE:

2 - 5 years experience in International BPO Recruitment
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for identifying, attracting top-tier talent to meet the client organization's staffing needs.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri etc), social media professional network to identify potential applicants.
Deliver highly qualified candidates in fast paced technical environment.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate's qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate's technical skills and experience etc.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placements.
Track key metrics to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in end-to-end recruitment hiring process with recruitment life cycle experience.
Experience in International BPO Hiring and Technical Hiring (IT)will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good Count of LinkedIn connections.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
