Job description
Omnichannel (Ecommerce and Modern Trade) is a key focus area for Mondel z to accelerate its business in India. A strong D&A infrastructure is needed to drive agile actions in the channel to further its growth.
Some of the key deliverables (not exhaustive) are:
Define/sharpen D&A strategy for Omnichannel in partnership with the channel heads.
Translate the strategy into actionable work tracks with defined KPIs and timeline milestones.
Collaborate with the Omni, sales, marketing and category planning teams to deliver on the aligned projects and work tracks.
Manage the governance and scale up of the Omni Dashboard through strong partnership with regional IT/IS teams and external agencies.
Drive strong data partnership with key customers in partnership with Omni sales & marketing teams.
Generate actionable insights and action triggers for the business through data analysis and/or advanced analytics.
Train the larger ecosystem on Omni data/dashboard usage and other relevant things.
What you will bring:
High ownership, self-drive and learning agility to independently lead & manage aligned work tracks.
An entrepreneurial mindset to initiate, pilot and scale up new projects/work tracks.
At least +8 years of work experience, with relevant experience in
Working with business/global COE/IT teams on data and analytics, preferably in FMCG
Data ingestion, harmonization and governance from multiple data sources/platforms
Visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Spotfire, Data Management and Processing Tools (Alteryx/R/Prep/SQL)
AIML techniques like Regression, Logistic Regression, SVM, Random Forest, etc
Job specific requirements:
Highly proficient in oral and written communication in English
Strong collaboration, presentation & facilitations skills
