Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Aceotel Hotels in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and meeting revenue targets. The manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with guests and partners.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, along with proven experience in sales and team management
- A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and partners and liaise effectively with other departments
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
