Hockeycurve is seeking a calm person in the operations team. We are growing our operations team. In this position, you’ll be a part of our front-line operations team, responsible for managing the performance of our customer base.

Key areas: Coordinate with sales, product teams. Be a primary point of contact for clients. Understanding customer needs and providing solutions. Follows internal processes for successful campaign execution. Work with sales to up-sell additional features. Provide product feedback to the product team. what you bring to the table: clam outspoken and approachable personality. Should be very good in coordination. An ability to learn new skills and products. A passion for keeping clients satisfied. Able to manage time smartly and prioritize effectively. Added advantage: Experience in SaaS solutions and SaaS operations management. Troubleshooting skills, technical know-how to learn and support products.
