With this portfolio, Royal HaskoningDHV is expanding its team into Flood Resilience, Water Resource and Climate Resilience sectors. We are hiring for our Rajasthan Project office.
We are looking Construction Manager / Assistant Construction Manager for our Government project.
Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer / Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/ construction management would be preferred.
Experience :Minimum total 10 years of experience in construction of large infrastructure projects with minimum 7 years in water supply/wastewater projects
1. Experience in multilateral funded projects will be preferred
2. Experience in FIDIC contract conditions
3. Experience in computer based project management tools will be preferred
4. Experience in implementation of distribution Network Improvement (DNI) works
5. Experience in implementation of sewerage works including pumping stations Support the Team Leader and discharge similar tasks at Project Town level;
6. Responsible for assisting PIUs in overall construction management, quality assurance and administration of the contracts of the town and implementation of work as per design;
7. Coordinate all surveys and investigations required for the design;
8. Review and approval of designs for all elements (including working drawings and as-built drawings) with necessary inputs from other experts;
9. Reviewing all submissions from contractor;
10. Prepare Estimates in consultation with other experts;
11. Provide Training on best practices in construction management
12. Contract management and Performance Monitoring of the contractors Assist in resolving contractual issue during implementation
13. Record measurement, billing and contract management etc.
