What You Will Do
As a Technology Development Lifecyle (TDLC) Manager you will play a critical role in guiding our technology development processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented leader to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive technology lifecycle management strategies and frameworks, ensuring optimal use, maintenance, and retirement of technology assets.
- Continuously improve and standardize development and quality processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across our technology deployments.
- Collaborate with technology teams to provide guidance on technology development practices and on deploying high quality systems and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams consult to implement quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and software, including defining the functional, regression, performance, and security strategies to be used by the enterprise
- Stay current with the latest technology trends, affecting development lifecycles methodologies, frameworks, and strategies.
- Liaise with technology teams, quality, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations throughout the technology development lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate TDLC into the technology development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, relevant standards, and regulatory requirements related to technology development and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is required in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) related field.
- At least 7 years' work experience in a STEM-related field and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and related best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional technology development teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant software development tools and technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
