Lead the development team, that developes, deployes and supports the firmware and Hardware for Telematics / Connectivity ECUs. Recruiting team, coaching, mentoring, planning and appraising of job performance. Participate in proposal to improve developpment process and organisation Plan and ensure the execution of all engineering related tasks applicable for Firmware and Hardware develoment. Ensuring on-time support for design, development and delivery activities and interfacing with other internal stake holders including global teams. ● Skills: Experience and strong knowledge of embedded operating systems(Linux, Yocto, scheduling, BSP FW development, memory management, driver modules, etc) Demonstrated ability to lead programs/ projects and Experience in planning, scheduling and risk assessment · Good Communication and written skills.
