Job description

Job Title: HR Business Partner Organization: Landmark Location: Bangalore Experience: 8-11 Years

Role Overview: The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to the Business leaders, providing HR insights and expertise to support the achievement of business objectives. The Business Partner HR plays a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with the strategic goals of the business unit, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR solutions are customized to meet the specific needs of the unit while maintaining alignment with the broader HR initiatives of the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and corporate HR teams. The individual will be expected to contribute towards executing HR strategy and ensuring its translation into meaningful programs and initiatives that shape the employee experience. A key focus of the role is to work on initiatives across manpower planning, performance management, competency creation and engagement with the People Success team to create a culture focused on unparalleled learning and career growth.

Experience & Qualification: You must have an MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resources from premium institutions. You must have at least an overall of 8-11 years of work experience in Human Resources, with min 7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, Employee Engagement & Experience. You must demonstrate deep knowledge of workforce planning, Reward & Recognition, Compensation benchmarking, performance management, and succession planning. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You are data-driven and comfortable with numbers. You have a strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking. You have experience in working with technology, start-ups, consulting firms, or other fast paced environments. Experience client or internal consulting roles will be preferred. Experience in managing teams will be preferred. Understanding of general HC policies and processes Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
