Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep record of customer interactions.
Manage key operational metrics on Service delivery, TAT management.
In case of a complaint, communicate the end resolution to the customer via e-mail and carry out other necessary activities in co-ordination with other departments
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
Managing e-mails and resolving customer inquiries
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
0-3 years of work experience.
Bachelors degree is a must.
Hindi Proficiency would be an added advantage.
Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Day Shift only
Non-Voice/Email Process
Work timings: 8 hours shift from any time between 09:30 am to 06:30 pm (Monday to Friday) (Work From Office)
Saturday/Sunday: 5-hour shift support required. (Remote work)
