Job Title: Real Estate Sales

Experience: 2 years of prior related exposure in real estate sales

Location: Hyderabad

Education: Any graduate

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  5. Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals.
  6. Must possess geographical knowledge of Hyderabad to travel within the region, meet clients, and assess properties.
  7. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  1. 2years of experience in real estate sales.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market.
  5. Ability to work in a target-based environment.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.
  7. Any graduate degree.
