Job Title: Real Estate Sales
Experience: 2 years of prior related exposure in real estate sales
Location: Hyderabad
Education: Any graduate
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals.
- Must possess geographical knowledge of Hyderabad to travel within the region, meet clients, and assess properties.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- 2years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Any graduate degree.
