Job Overview
The Subject Area Coordinator (SAC) is head of the subject area task force and is responsible for the organisation, development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the program in his subject area.
Responsibilities - Evaluate and provide leadership for the overall instructional programs of the subject area.
- Provide leadership and coordination to provide an aligned and articulated instructional program in the subject area.
- Assist in directing and managing instructional programs and operations at the campus level.
- Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional delivery.
- Assist in the effective and efficient operations of the curriculum and instruction department which includes curriculum, teacher development, and assessment
Requirements / Skills - Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
- Ability to evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to develop and deliver training to teachers.
- Ability to implement and interpret policy, procedures, and data.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pedigree - B.Sc or M.Sc (Math, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science.
- Positive attitude, creativity and Good communication skills.
