Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Salem. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
