Job description
The Proposed candidate will be responsible for reviewing the Business training presentations and getting the necessary APC and Legal Approval; the candidate will also be responsible for all upkeep of training content and training support during key events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education : Graduate
Roles & Responsibility :
Be instrumental in supporting the regional teams with conduct of Business Trainings at national/ regional level
Liaise with the regional teams and leaders to conduct a Training need analysis and accordingly support with relevant content.
Collaborate across departments and ensure smooth conduct of key national/regional events where trainings are imparted
Responsible for roll out of training related SOPs
Responsible for upkeep of all the training related MIS/ content/ videos
Responsible for working closely with other departments to churn out content in a timely manner – say ppts, infographics which can be used as training aids.
Be instrumental in the roll out of key projects which include leveraging the use of technology to onboard more people through online learning management system.
