Razorpay, Bangalore is hiring an Senior Associate/AM - NIT Client Success We are looking for a B2B/SAAS Sales Specialist with 3-10 years of relevant experience along with the below skill sets - Farming experience in retention, Upselling, and cross-selling. Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts. Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, Maximise retention and growth. Lead campaigns and promote proactive customer contact strategy to manage and improve Churn, Retention & Customer Delight at a product level. Experience into digital banking solutions/digital solutions/API payments/escrows and B2B SAAS sales is mandatory. Candidate from Fintech/banking industry is only preferred.
