Job Description
The International Sales Lead will be responsible for the following:
- Building strong relationships with potential global clients and channel partners
- Selecting and appointing Brokers, Agents & Dealers network globally
- Monitoring the performance of appointed brokers / dealers
- Maintaining client database, presenting projects model, digital & display presentation
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years of experience in international / NRI real estate sales
- Sales experience in residential assets in markets like US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Middle East and other global markets is must
- Experience in sales of premium properties to NRI's is preferred
- Strong relationship with potential global clients and channel partners
- Strong communication skills
